Bob DelPonte serves as executive vice president and chief customer experience officer at UKG, leading a globally dispersed group of services and support professionals with deep technical and domain expertise and who are dedicated to providing exceptional support to both new and longstanding UKG customers. Driven by a passion for excellence, Bob and his experienced team partner with organizations worldwide to create purposeful and empowering work experiences throughout their customer journey, with a personalized and proactive approach. Bob has been at the company for more than two decades and today drives strategy for a comprehensive portfolio of UKG customer services, including technology implementations, global support and services operations, employer services, and customer success delivery. Bob instills in his team the UKG “Partner for Life” passion for seamless product delivery to help customers drive business performance and growth through a people-centric culture. Prior to his current role, Bob was responsible for driving the company’s small-to-midsize business growth strategy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Marist College and is a member of the Boston Product Management Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
